Job description

  • Manage the kitchen team to run and complete the preparation for serving on time

  • Make sure to serve the dishes in the best conditions, visuals, and tastes, as instructed by the employee

  • Report and consult with the employer regarding the quality of the dishes

  • Suggest the team members and the employers how to improve the quality of the restaurant.

  • Keep the restaurant space clean and tidy and instruct the kitchen team and the floor team to keep the restaurant space clean and tidy

  • Report and consult with the employer about anomalies, changes, obstacles, for the daily operation in the kitchen, in the floor, and the customers

  • Report the goods and ingredients in the storage in daily basis at the end of a day

Customer Service Waitors/Waitresses

Job Description:

  • Clean the floor space before and after the opening hours

  • Prepare and remove the tables and chairs, utenciles and required goods on the table.

  • Make sure all the systems and goods are in the dedicated place to welcome the customers
