How to warm up Kimchi*s meals in the most delicious way!

Kimchi Cheese Jeon (Korean Pancake)

1.Defrost the pancakes in room temperature.

2. Place them widely on oven paper on stove top tray or frying pan.

3.Heat them up in oven 180°c till it's hot and the edge is crispy. Or warm up on Frying pan with the cover till it's hot and another a few minutes without the cover to get it crispy on the edge.

Crunchy Chicken

Pre-heat the oven up to 180°c, Spread the Chicken widely over the oven paper on stove top tray. Place it into the oven in about 5 min, when the top half gets warm, toss them around and heat them up till it's evenly hot and crunchy!

If you have, Crunchy Chicken, with Green pepper and Mayo, probably you like to save fresh green pepper on the side, while you warm up the chicken. So the pepper will not lose it's freshness.

Bibimbop

(in Microwave)

Replace the whole Bibimbop, except the sunny side up egg, into microwave-safe bowl and heat them up in microwave till it's warm. Place back the egg on top and add special red Gochujang sauce and mix well from bottom to top.

(on Frying pan )

You can create the burnt part this way.

Replace the whole Bibimbop, except the sunny side up egg, onto the frying pan. Heat up the frying pan in the mid-heat, till the bottom is getting burnt and the top is warm. Place back the egg on top and add special Gochujang sauce the amount you would like (Caution! it's spicy) and mix well. But be careful to keep the burnt bottom slightly together, so you can enjoy the crispy part.

Bulgogi

Best to use,Frying pan.

Heat the frying pan and then add Bulgogi meat, constantly toss it around , so Bulgogi is evenly warm and juicy.

We suggest you to wrap Bulgogi in Lettuce leaves with the toppings of your choice, such as Kimchi, stick salads and rice, So you enjoy the harmony of flavors in your mouth.
